The annual China Airport Passenger Experience Summit was initiated in 2009, and it has nine years of recorded success so far in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing and Kunming. Every year, the summit attracts approximately 200 people from local and international airlines, airports IT, Terminal Operation and Management, ground handlers, airport development planning, academic institutions and media organizations.
