You are cordially invited to attend/participate in the 13th China Airport Passenger Experience Summit 2023 taking place in Shanghai on May 25-26 in Shanghai at the QUBE Hotel Shanghai Xinqiao.
The Summit, themed “The post pandemic smart travel for passengers”, focuses on the latest developments and future trends relating to each key stage of the passenger journey, including pre-travel, check-in and validation, bag drop, security, immigration, boarding and arrivals. It is organized by Summit Asia Events and delivered in partnership with the International Air Transport Association.
Following almost three years of border closure and travel restrictions, China finally terminated its zero-covid policy early this year, paving the way for the restart of its troubling civil aviation industry. The recovery, especially for international routes, nevertheless, is confronted by a series of bottlenecks and challenges given the abrupt shift on long-standing travel curb. This year's event will mainly cover industry restart, touchless travel, baggage transportation, and security, drawing attention to the challenges emerged in the post-pandemic era as well as the new opportunities brought about by the application of new technologies. During the conference period, the IATA will also hold three working group meetings on One ID, baggage and security separately.
It is against this background that the 13th China Airport Passenger Experience Summit 2023 is being held. Airlines and airports will have the opportunity to share their ideas and best practices of adapting to the new industry change. Technology suppliers will be able to showcase their latest products to help airlines and airports improve passenger experience, reduce cost and increase operational efficiency.
Your time is valuable, as are your next strategy decisions. We encourage you to take the time out of your busy schedule to attend and we assure that you will be rewarded for making the effort to visit this industry leading show in China.
